Okay, so I’ve had a load of requests to talk about how to attract abundance and I have to admit that this is an area that I’m not always comfortable talking about. So, I want to say straight away to you that I do not have all the answers to this one. I’ve got a pretty rocky past when it comes to money and I managed to get myself into quite a bit of debt – If this is where you are now, I recommend that you download my Debt Free Living Download – But I can share a few things that are helping me to attract more and more abundance.
Today, I’m going to talk about the way you think about abundance, the way you feel, the things you do and say and we’re also going to be working on releasing resistance so that you can ALLOW abundance.

The law of attraction talk
I want to start off by giving you some very simple law of attraction basics and I want you to keep this in mind as you read through the rest of the post.
The law of attraction can only give you what you are a vibrational match for. The easiest way to monitor your vibrations is through the way you feel. To make things simple I’ll use the words POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. If your vibrations are high, you’ll feel positive emotions and if your vibrations are low, you’ll feel more negative emotions. You can find a printout of the Emotional Scale in the Files section of my private Facebook group (you will need to request to join).
There are lots of things you can do to raise your vibrations – 2 of the quickest ways are through POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS and GRATITUDE.
There are many law of attraction trainers who say that the law of attraction gives you what you focus on. Whilst I definitely think we need to focus on the things we wish to attract rather than the things we don’t want, I do feel that this is only half the story. I believe it’s the feeling behind the things we focus on that is most important.
The key things I want you to focus on to start creating an abundant life are…
Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, the things you say and the things you do. If you want more information on this I have a 5 part video series focusing on each of these points – Watch the Law of Attraction video series
The last thing I want to say regarding the law of attraction is that it’s working 24/7. That’s right, it never ever switches off. For that reason, I want you to focus on creating a law of attraction lifestyle for yourself. Aim to be a vibrational match for all the things in life and business that you want to attract as a daily part of your life.
All of the rest of the things I’m going to share with you in this post will help you to deliberately use the law of attraction to create the abundance you desire.
What does abundance mean to you personally?
Before you can learn how to attract abundance, it’s really important for you to get clear about what abundance actually means to you personally. You can have an abundance of pretty much anything in your life. According to the Cambridge dictionary abundance means the situation in which there is more than enough of something:
Write out an abundance statement (be specific)
You can, of course, write a statement for general abundance covering all areas of your life but for this exercise, I want you to be really specific. Below I have shared my own FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE STATEMENT to give you an idea of what I mean. This is a really powerful law of attraction exercise and I encourage you to do this now before you continue reading.
MY FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE STATEMENT – This is what financial abundance means for me personally.
I have more than enough money for all of the things I need and want. I have plenty of money for savings and investments. I am financially secure for life and if I wanted to, I could live a very comfortable life solely from the interest I make.
I do want to say that this statement has been changed many times but now this, I feel really covers everything for me personally. I used to have things on it like, I have a 4 bedroom beautifully decorated home that’s all paid for, I go on a 3 week holiday each year…
For me, this wasn’t powerful enough. I’m a GEMINI and what I want one day is not necessarily the same the next day, or in fact, the next minute. I can be browsing Pinterest and switch from wanting to live on a narrowboat, to a tiny house, to a really spacious open plan home in a matter of seconds. The statement I’ve now created for financial abundance really gets to the core of what I want.
You may be different to me and if you want to add things like a house that financial abundance will give you, that’s fine too.
Now you’re clear about what it is you want to attract, let’s look at the 5 things that the law of attraction responds to individually.
Affirmations and your thoughts
Affirmations are simply a statement that affirms something. So for these statements to become positive and supportive for you, you need to focus on words that support you in creating abundance in your life and business.
These statements do not yet need to be true for you. For example, I am financially abundant is an affirmation that will support you now even if you are not yet where you want to be financially.
Use affirmations throughout your day to support you and reprogram your subconscious mind and change your way of thinking. Now, I am financially abundant might feel like a lie and remember your feelings are super important. The affirmation that feels the best for me personally is “I am consistently attracting more and more financial abundance”
I try to remember to say something like this every time I receive any financial rewards and this doesn’t necessarily mean money even though my focus in this situation is financial abundance. For example, if I receive something from someone for free that I actually want, this will go into my financial abundance bubble.
I’ve included some abundance affirmations toward the end of this post to give you some ideas. I encourage you to fill your mind with positive thoughts and positive affirmations throughout the day.
Throughout the day I receive notifications for Paypal payments. So, I’ll consciously run a thought through my mind supporting financial abundance such as I’m always getting more and more money. I love getting paid, I love getting PayPal payments. You want the money to stick around, right? So make it feel wanted and welcome. Focus on the money coming in, interest you’re earning any form of financial abundance entering your life?
Here’s a trick for when you receive small amounts of money – Say I love receiving larger and larger amounts of money.

How do you feel?
Your feelings really are incredibly important. If your feelings aren’t in alignment with what you want, then you WILL be blocking it. So, with that in mind, think about the abundance you want and read your abundance statement then ask yourself “How do I feel?” Note down anything that comes up for you.
Here are a few things that have come up for me in the past and still do from time to time.
- I’ll never have that
- I’ll never be able to achieve that
- Who do you think you are?
- You’re not smart enough to make that happen?
- Yeah, right, that’s never going to happen
- I’m aiming too high
Can you relate to any of these thoughts? If you can, when you think about the abundance that you want, you will feel low vibrations/emotions and you are not a match for the abundance you want.
Shifting the way you feel isn’t easy for most of us, but we can do things to help improve the way we feel until gradually you do feel positive when you think about abundance.
Affirmations such as “It’s okay for me to feel abundant” work really well when repeated often over time. After a while, you can move to “I’m starting to feel more and more abundant now.”
Gratitude helps you to feel more positive too. We’ll talk more about gratitude a little later in this post.
What if you’re in debt right now
A note for anyone who is currently in debt – One of the best things I ever did was to create an emergency fund. I had people say that I should just pay off my debt as quickly as possible and yes that was good advice but creating the emergency fund as a priority really shifted the way I felt about money. Previously if I had a problem with the car and it was going to cost a few hundred, I would literally have a meltdown, I felt poor, I felt like I had no idea how to manage my money, I felt desperate. All of these feelings are super low vibrating and they were keeping me financially stuck. So for about 6 months I paid only the minimum payments on my credit cards (multiple) and focused on building my emergency fund to £1000. Then I worked on paying my debt off as quickly as I could whilst still continuing to pay a set amount of money into my emergency fund every week. It’s not a massive amount but I do this consistently every single week. I intend to carry on with this until I have 6 months of comfortable living expenses in there.
I also now have the following savings accounts…
- Free-spending for things like travel, buying something for the house, birthdays, trips out…
- Yearly one-off payments for things like car insurance, MOT, home insurance…
- Christmas – Although I don’t really use this one much as I have 2 little side hustles that I do and dedicate all the money to my Christmas fund – Find out more about these easy side hustles that anyone can do.
Having all of this money in place helped me to feel so much better and I still feel abundant when I have unexpected expenses. Now when I have to pay for a car repair, I think “I’m so happy that I have the money available to pay for this.” It’s a really good feeling. Also, note that to start with I was paying £5 a week into my emergency fund. If I can do it, you can do it.
Tackling your abundance beliefs
When people come to me and say that they can’t get the law of attraction to work for them, I always ask if they have done any work on their beliefs. This is the biggest blocker when it comes to attracting what you want.
To keep things really simple, if you’re not allowing something into your life (if you don’t yet have it), then you are resisting it (or blocking it). The beliefs that you have play a huge part in resisting the things you want to attract into your life.
Start off by questioning the beliefs that you have about being abundant. What beliefs do you think could be stopping you from being abundant right now?
For a minute just imagine that there’s a door at the and of a path. When you open the door and step through you will have all of the abundance you desire right away. But to get to that door you have to clear blocks along the way. Each time you clear a block and move a little further along the path, a little more abundance shows up for you.
Limiting beliefs could be something like this…
- I’m never going to get that
- That’s not for people like me
- I’m not clever enough to have financial abundance
- People who are financially abundant are mean and selfish
- Money makes you a bad person…
Take some time to really examine your beliefs and how they might be blocking you.
My biggest limiting belief that kept me stuck – People who have a lot of money treat other people badly and think they are better than everyone else. Now, in reality, I knew this was not true. I knew lots of really nice people with lots of money and I never felt like they thought they were better than me. But this belief was long held, deep-rooted and blocking me. I also, confirmed this to myself whenever I got a change and trust me when I tell you that when you have this kind of belief, the universe will show you proof often.
Here are a few things you can do to shift your beliefs.
- Look for more an more proof that supports you – Rich people can do really positive things with their money, rich people can be really, really nice people…
- Look for evidence that people just like you can be financially abundant
- Clear limiting beliefs and raise your vibrations with EFT (I’ll talk more about this in a moment and share an EFT script)
- Use Hypnosis download – I love to listen to these at the end of the day, they’re relaxing and I can even fall asleep listening to then and they still work. Check out some of my recommendations for Hypnosis Download for Success
- Practice positive affirmations and gratitude
- Visualize yourself already abundant and get really familiar with this version of you.
What are you saying?
Watch what you say both to yourself and other people. We tend to say the most negative things to ourselves and we tend to speak our true beliefs, so keep a check on what you are saying.
Self-talk – If you catch yourself saying something that doesn’t support you, swap it for something better feeling or one of your affirmations.
Talk with others. If you catch yourself saying something that doesn’t support you to other people, you can definitely try to change that to something positive. Sometimes you may not be able to think of how to do this when you’re on the spot. As soon as you can stop adding to the conversation and say to yourself, this is not my truth now.
What are you doing?
Are your actions supporting you?
Do you actively take care of your money or do you ignore bills when they come in? The first is positive and the second is not.
Do you create ways in your life for abundance to flow to you? Positive action
Do you go out and spend money that you don’t have? A negative action that is not a match for the life you want
Do you get to the end of the week/month and have no idea where you’re money has gone? This action is not supporting you.
QUESTION: How would you behave if you were already financially abundant? I’m not talking about “Yey, I can go out and spend, spend, spend on anything I want!” I’m talking more …
- I respect the money I have
- I take care of my money and use it well
- I look for ways to increase my abundance
- I celebrate my abundance
- I am grateful for my abundance
Make sure that your actions are a match for the life you want.
EFT SCRIPT FOR ABUNDANCE
If you’re new to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) I recommend that you check out some of my EFT Videos – This is a very easy technique to pick up and you can do it yourself.
Set up whilst tapping the side of the hand – Even though I have been resisting abundance and maybe I have beliefs that stop me from attracting abundance, I choose now to let all of that resistance go and allow abundance to flow to me freely now.
(Repeat 3 times)
Start of the eyebrow – Releasing resistance
Side of the eye – Allowing abundance
Under the eye – Releasing resistance
Under the nose – Allowing abundance
Chin – Releasing resistance
Collarbone – Allowing Abundance
Under the arm – Releasing resistance
Top of the head – Allowing abundance
As you tap, allow your breathing to relax. Continue a tapping for a few rounds and then if you feel ready, drop releasing resistance and say Abundance flows easily to me now.

Here are a few ideas for affirmations
- I am open to allowing more abundance
- I am constantly attracting more and more abundance
- I allow abundance to flow to me
- Abundance flows easily into my life
- I attract abundance into my life
- I am financially abundant
- I have an abundance of clients
GRATITUDE AND ABUNDANCE
I always think of gratitude as being an emotional superpower. Even when you’re having the worst day and you are so far away from what you want, you can shift your focus to gratitude and raise your vibrations instantly.
Be grateful for any signs of abundance no matter how small – What we focus on expands.
You may want to keep a gratitude journal focusing on abundance. Simply take some time every day to write about the things you’re grateful for. In this case with a focus on gratitude.

To attract abundance into your life, you must learn to become a vibrational match for it. Use all of the suggestions above and remember to pay attention as abundance starts to show up in your life and be grateful for it.

Love the idea of affirmations and gratitude. I think it’s important to visualize what you want to attract as a means to create it as well. Visualizing helps put us in the frame of mind we’d be in if we were to have that thing ‘right now’. In turn, it makes you feel positive and attract those things (maybe even faster).
You’re spot on with regards to visualizing Tallary. The more you get comfortable with the version of you and your life in the visualization the easier it is to attract into your real life.
