I’ve got some for you. Go ahead and grab your favourite drink, maybe even a biscuit, out your feet up for a couple of minutes and enjoy.
The law of attraction is always, always working in all areas of your life but we don’t always use this power effectively to get the things we want.

Keep your thoughts positive
I teach a really simple technique called spot it and swap it.
Whenever you spot a negative thought, simply swap it for something better feeling.
Try using positive affirmations – You can read this post Affirmations for life and business for some ideas.
Focus on gratitude – All the things that are already going well in your life and the things you want to attract into your life and business.
Focus on the good stuff
Okay, so life might not be perfect but I bet you’ve got a whole load of good stuff going on in your life. Focus on that. Focus on anything that happens during the day that you like.
Think about the people in your life that you love and like spending time with.
When you look for it, it doesn’t matter what’s going on you can always find something positive to focus on.
Keep your feelings positive
Okay, so I’m just going to take a step back and let you know that it’s perfectly normal to have negative feelings from time to time, so don’t beat yourself up if you’re not super positive 24/7

So just go for positive as much as possible. Try the spot it and swap it technique again here. When you spot a negative feeling, focus on positives and better feeling thoughts.
Do things that make you feel positive.
Watch what you say
Here’s what I’ve worked out over the years. We can work behind the scenes on staying positive and without any outside influences, we can pretty much get this positive thinking stuff sorted. But put us with other people and what comes out of our mouths isn’t always a match for what we want to attract.
What I encourage you to do is simply pay attention to what is actually coming out of your mouth and check that it is a match for what you want. this is a huge start and then if you do notice yourself speaking in a negative way, make a shift to something more positive.
Get in touch with your higher self, God, the Universe. Simply get quiet and ask for guidance. For example. How can I get my business in front of more people?
Keep asking yourself questions like this and allow the answers to guide you.
Explore your beliefs
The biggest part of my work as a life coach and EFT practitioner is helping people clear negative/limiting beliefs. Sit yourself down with a pen and paper and ask yourself what are my beliefs about… (the thing you want).
Here’s an example. What are my beliefs about being successful in business?
Write down anything that comes to mind.
One of the things you can do with known limiting beliefs is say
“Does this belief serving me well know?”
“Is this true for me know?”
You can use affirmations to help change beliefs – Instead of a belief of People like me don’t have successful businesses, you can use the affirmation – There are people from all walks of life with very successful businesses.
