Keep Calm with some Christmas EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and law of attraction tips

Today I wanted to share a Christmas EFT Tap-a-long and law of attraction tips to help you have a great Christmas. Love it or hate it, Christmas can get a little frantic at times.  Personally, I love Christmas but the run up to Christmas and certainly making sure everything in my business is going to run smoothly whilst I take a break with my family can get a bit stressy.

Follow along with this Christmas EFT Tap-a-long and law of attraction tips.  EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping is a powerful way to help you release any negative emotions and beliefs about Christmas and tap in positive emotions.

Law of Attraction Christmas Tips

  • Focus on how you want to feel.  You may not have your dream Christmas but what I would recommend you do is keep your focus on the way you want to feel.  For example, I want to feel calm and relaxed, I want to feel loved, I want to feel happy.  You can use the EFT Christmas tap-a-long in the video as a guide and use your own words for what you want.
  • Focus on what is going right, the things you like and love.  If someone offers help, acknowledge it, if someone says something really nice, acknowledge it…
  • Keep doing the tapping to help keep you calm and relaxed and enjoying Christmas.  Tap out what you don’t want and tap in what you do want.
