As we approach Christmas Day I want to just remind you to be present, right here, right now in this moment.
The video below if a scene from one of my favourite films ever “The Peaceful Warrior.” I’ve probably watched this film about 20 times over the last few years, it inspires me so much and there are so many powerful messages to take from it..

Are you ready to take out the trash?
This is a statement I say to myself often:
“I’m doing great in this moment, right here, right now!”

Now you might think this contradicts some of my teachings. I encourage goal setting, visualizing, creating an ideal life list… These things are all super important but what I want you to understand is that the only moment we have power over, is right now the very moment that you’re in. When you understand this and live in the present moment, life really does allow the most wonderful things into your life.
So again I ask you are you ready to take out the trash?
