Here are two easy ways to raise your vibrations. What? Does that sound a little weird? Why would you need to do that?
The law of attraction is working in all areas of our life. We can use its power to deliberately create a life we love. Today I want to share two easy law of attraction tips will really help you to raise your vibrations. So first let’s look at why we need to do this.
The three-step law of attraction process
In my Law of attraction course and with my one to one clients I teach a three-step law of attraction process.

Each step is equally important.
What are your vibrations?
Vibrations or VIBES is the energy that is vibrating. You are always vibrating, everyone is and everything is. We can monitor our own vibes by the way we feel. A simple rule to follow is if it feels positive your vibes are going to be positive too. If on the other hand, your feelings are negative then your vibes will also be negative.
Why does it matter?
It matters because the law of attraction is always, always matching your vibrations.
If your vibes are positive the law of attraction matches your vibes and gives you more to feel positive about. It also helps you become a match for the things you want to attract into your life.
If your vibes are negative in one particular area that you want to improve, that area of your life will remain negative because the law of attraction is matching your vibrations.
The 2 law of attraction tips I’m going to share below will help you to shift from negative to positive when you need to and help you stay positive.
Use Affirmations to Switch from Negative to Positive
You can use affirmations in any area of your life. You can be on a roll of negativity and in a split second you can start saying affirmations and make that shift from negative to positive. My tip is to use believable affirmations that feel good for you.
Here’s an example: If I’m feeling a bit stressed and I can feel myself getting worked up, I’ll make that positive switch by repeating “I’m calm and relaxed.” By using affirmations in this way it will help calm things down.
Focus on Gratitude
Again, you can switch to gratitude in a split second. Whatever is going on in your life, you can focus on what you are grateful for. It doesn’t even have to be connected to what’s going on in your life.
For example: If I’m having a bad day. Yes, it happens, I can switch to focusing on gratitude thinking. I can think of all the lovely people I have in my life, my home, my friends, the success I have in my business… It just helps shift the focus from what’s going on that you don’t want.
