Affirmations are positive, present tense statements that I encourage you to repeat often.
I recommend that you say them 10+ times in the morning as you’re waking up and do the same before you go to sleep. Then run them over in your mind any time when you start to feel yourself lacking confidence and needing a little boost.
You can use all of these affirmations or just pick out the ones that really resonate with you. Some people enjoy having lots of affirmations and other people like to just focus on one. Do what works for you, play around with them. I would also like to encourage you to create your own affirmations as these will be more specific to you.

Keep your affirmations simple and focused
As I said, I love affirmations. My advice is to keep them simple and focused. If you’ve got a party to go to and you don’t feel confident, ask yourself “What do I want?” The answer will probably be along the lines of I want to feel confident when I go to parties.
Then take your answer and create an affirmation to support you.
I am calm and confident when I go to parties. Then fill your head with this affirmation.
A personal favourite to help with confidence
If I’m going somewhere and I’m feeling nervous about it, I love this affirmation.
I’m calm and confident and everybody loves me
Give it a go for yourself and just see how it makes you feel.
