Visualize your day ahead of time and set yourself up for the day you want.
Take the time to visualize your day ahead of time.
As a law of attraction practitioner, I’ve been encouraging people to visualize ahead of time for many years.
This is a powerful technique that will get your subconscious mind working FOR you as well as the Law of Attraction.
Imagine watching a movie of your day and creating it exactly as you want it to be. This is positive visualizing.
It’s also not always about images, it’s mentally running through things in your mind in advance, the way you want it.
People often tell me they struggle to visualize. If you’re new to this idea, just have fun with it and keep doing it. It will become more and more natural to you over time.
An example of how to visualize your day ahead of time
Let’s say you have a meeting at 10am and need to leave the house at 8am to catch a train. You’ll then walk to the meeting, which could ensure a new high paying client for your business.
Your visualization should start with you waking up on time feeling refreshed, having a relaxed and calm start to the day and leaving the house in plenty of time to arrive calmly at the train station, a smooth train journey and pleasant walk to your meeting place. Imagine yourself feeling calm, confident, relaxed and having everything you need for a productive and successful meeting.
Another example of how to visualize your day
You’re having family round for a celebration meal. You’re cooking and want everything to run smoothly. You can visualize the preparations going really smoothly, guests arriving on time and everyone chatting happily, the feeling of love and happiness filling your home… The meal looking, smelling and tasting wonderful and receiving lots of compliment and thanks….
You can visualize any and every part of your day to day life. And of course, more long term.
Visualize the big things and the small things the way you want.
Many people think they should only focus on the big things, like success in business, passing a test/exam, having your dream home, dream vacation… But we can visualize absolutely everything. Give it a go and see what happens.
Another bonus when you visualize your day in advance
Another fantastic bonus that happens when you visualize your day ahead of time is that you will spot any errors. So let’s use the business meeting as an example. The business man may spot that he needs an extra document that he hadn’t thought about.
Visualizing and your subconscious mind
The subconscious mind cannot tell if your visualization is real or make believe, which makes visualizing incredibly powerful. Your subconscious mind will provide you with what you need to make your day run the way you want. It will remember the information you gave in the visualization and try to match it in reality.
Visualizing and the law of attraction
When you take the time to visualize your day running smoothly and you having the time you want, you send a message out into the universe and the law of attraction works to match your visualization.
I don’t currently have my own video about how to visualize, so here’s one I found from the lovely Carrie Green from The Female Entrepreneur Association Watch Here
