Maybe like isn’t the right word to use. If they include you in conversations, ask your thoughts, give you feedback, and challenge you, you can bet that they see you as a great employee for the company. If your boss gives you responsibility, seems to come to you when something needs to be done, checks in with you, and gives you important tasks, these are all great signs that you have a promising career ahead.
The Industry Is Booming
Whatever industry you’re in, you should keep up to date with the goings on. You should have a good idea of whether the industry is booming or not, and any potential for future growth.
