I really like this time of year. There are ducklings on the pond and the weather is slowly getting warmer, although the last couple of weeks have been a little bizarre. We had snow showers and hailstone a few days, which is quite unusual here in Lincolnshire, UK.
As always I strongly encourage you to write your goals down and create an action plan to achieve your goals. Recommended reading Goals are a waste of time without a plan of action.
I’d love you to share them with me below in the comments.
Blog Goals and Action Plan
The blog’s gone a bit backwards over the past couple of months. In March, I was doing really well with my page views and had set myself a goal for 10,000 page views in April. Then all of a sudden the page views dropped massively.
The only thing I can really put it down to is changes in algorithms on Pinterest. As you know I get a lot of my page views from Pinterest, so this really made a difference.
Things have started picking up again and page views were just 2311 for April, definitely not 10,000 which I was aiming for. The past week, I’m back to getting over 100 page views a day, so I’ll just keep building on that.
Blog income – I did have a slight increase this month, not much but it was an increase.
4,000 plus page views
£500 income from the blog (non-coaching)
I easily attract readers to my blog.
People love my blog and stay around to read several posts when they visit.
People love to share my blog posts.
People love commenting on my blog knowing I read their comments and reply.
I love my blog readers and really help them create a life they love.
My blog income is constantly increasing.
I easily make money from my blog.
Daily interaction on Facebook, Pinterest, StumbleUpon, twitter and Google +

Debt free goal
I have an ongoing debt free living goal. I have 4 debts still to be cleared. Each month they are going down which I am really proud of.
My goal for this month is to completely clear the lowest debt.
I am following the snowball system, where once one debt is paid the snowball (amount of money) rolls forward to the next goal.
1- Pay £300 or more per month.
2- Pay minimum, Approx £50
3- Pay minimum, Approx £50
4- Pay minimum, Approx £50
Once debt one is cleared, I roll the £300 forward to the 2nd debt. Meaning I then pay £350 on that debt. Once that debt is paid, I roll the money forward again to debt 3 paying £400 per month and finally once that’s paid, I pay all the money £450 to debt 4 until clear.
Once Everything is clear, I will then start to add this amount to my savings and investments.
Whilst I am still in debt I pay weekly into my Emergency fund so that I always have money if I need it without going back to my credit cards. For example, if my car needed work doing on it or if the washing machine broke, I’d be able to get it sorted without adding to my debt.
I also have all monthly bills going out of my current account and everything else I pay cash for. This is one of the biggest changes I’ve made and it’s the one that’s had the biggest impact.
I’m making positive choices with my money
I’m clearing my debt consistently and building my savings
I am clearing debt and focusing on wealth
Being a good mum goal
For those of you who know me, you’ll know I’m a single mum and I absolutely adore my son. Yes, I know we all adore our kids.
For many years, I parented the way I thought other people expected me too and I hated it. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t an awful parent, just not the mum I wanted to be.
I do run out of patients from time to time and I do get things wrong, but I always, always want to be a good mum.
This month, I want to help my son get caught up with some school work he’s fallen behind with. I’m also encouraging him to eat a little better. I intend to be patient and focus on all the things I love about him and all the things that are positive.
I am calm and relaxed
I’m a great mum
I have a really positive relationship with my son
I focus on what’s great about my son
Love my home goals
Having a nice home is important to me. I love my home to be a lived in, family home filled with love. I also like it to be tidy, clean, decluttered and organized.
I’m working on decluttering and I want to do some decorating this month too.
Here is my action plan.
Declutter the cupboard under the stairs (this includes lots of business paperwork).
Declutter the dresser in the dining room (my office) and paint it.
I also want to sort out my clothes. I really want to declutter in this area. I know I have clothes I can get rid of now.
Paint the bathroom and paint the back door.
Follow cleaning routine. Monday is a quick clean throughout and each week I focus on giving one room or one area of the house a good clean. This is a tip I learned from FlyLady.net
I love my home
My home is filled with love and happiness
Every day I am thankful for my lovely home
